Our goals are to publish frequently and to make these newsletters a continuing resource for participants in the Leadership In Ministry workshops and others interested in applying Bowen Family Systems Theory to the practice of leadership in ministry settings. We encourage the submission of articles from our readers. Share your thoughts and ideas on Family Systems Theory and congregational leadership; share an informative case study on how you have applied this theory in your ministry or work setting; or share ideas on how you go about teaching this way of thinking.The newsletter is being made available in PDF format.
